Jacques Dr Jacques FAVRE :
President & CEO, graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France. He completed his PhD at SESI, a common laboratory to CEA and Ecole Polytechnique, He then first joined Thomson-CSF’s Central Research Lab, in charge of GaAs mm-wave transistors. Director at Thomson TCS, he led the operational launching of ums (united monolithic semiconductors), a joint venture with Daimler-Benz. In 1996, he joined Motorola Semiconductors as MOS20 Operations Director, heading the mixed signal facility in Toulouse, France. In 2001, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and turned around the operations in charge of power amplifiers for mobile phones. Back in France in 2004, he served as the General Manager of Freescale Semiconducteurs Centre de Recherche Crolles SAS. After a few years with Michelin where he revamped the tyre electronics strategy, he returned to genuine electronics to start aPSI3D up, that he created in April 2013 with Philippe FAVRE and Zobair BELAAKALIA.

ZBelaakalia Zobair BELAAKALIA :
CFO and Purchasing VP, graduated from the Toulouse Business School. He worked for Siemens/Continental more than 20 years as worldwide finance controlling and purchasing manager. He is expert in purchasing, finance controlling and costing management. Within the project, he is in charge of the reporting coordination and all the purchasing, finance, costing and administration topics. In 2013, Zobair launched aPSI3D with Philippe FAVRE and Jacques FAVRE.

Philippe Philippe FAVRE:
President of the strategic Committee, VP Business Development, graduated from ESCP Europe Business School. He is an international business development, innovation management, product marketing and design-to-cost expert. Philippe worked in the largest automotive supplier groups like Bosch, Valeo and Plastic Omnium as business developer and CEO. He built Plastic Omnium’s subsidiary in China, which has now become the number 1 supplier in the country, and replicated its work in India and Korea. Seven years at Bosh have given him a solid German culture and a great sense of long-term strategy. In 2013, he launched aPSI3D with Jacques FAVRE and Zobair BELAAKALIA. In 2014, he joined MCE-5, a start-up in Lyon, in order to boost the worldwide sales of an innovative solution for engines. In January 2017, he joined back aPSI3D to lead the worldwide commercial and business development efforts.
